Sir, in western orissa, "S A M B A D" the oriya daily costs at a price of Rs.2.50/- for 12 pages, whereas in coastal belt in particularly at Cuttack - Bhubaneswar it is available at the price of Rs.2/- only for 16 pages.Which prompts the people of this region to raise voice against such discrimination and exploitation of people of Western Orissa.
